Every date your money will cost you or pay you.
Before it does.
Shares, property, pensions — the tax on all of it worked out under HMRC's rules, and every date on one page, privately.
Shares
Which shares you sold, worked out.
The UK does not simply sell your oldest shares first, and no broker statement tells you what it did. Pegora applies the matching rules in order and shows the working.
Property
Rent, expenses, profit. Handled.
Letting profit worked out under HMRC's rules — including the mortgage-interest credit that replaced the old deduction, which most spreadsheets still get wrong.
Pensions
Found, valued, moved. For you.
What each pension is worth, how much annual allowance is left, and whether moving one pays — with the transfer paperwork drafted for you.
What Pegora does
A vault for your financial life — that does the work too.
Everything in one place only you can unlock — and three statutory deadlines that cost money if nobody is watching them.
The money at stake every year
Pegora watches all three. Add your trades and see where you stand.
Bring your old pensions together
Old pensions found and valued; transfers drafted and chased until the money actually moves.
Know which shares you actually sold
Same day, then anything bought back within 30 days, then the pooled holding — applied in order, with the working shown.
Know the bill before January
What you owe, which part is charged at 18% and which at 24% — and the payment-on-account rule explained beside it, before January explains it for you.
Why trust us with it
Your accountant reads everything. We don't.
Everything sensitive is stored with zero-access encryption — software reads your statements, and nothing on our side can. Four things worth checking:
Even we can't open your National Insurance number.
Scrambled on your device before it is sent; the key never leaves you. Our own administrator credentials are denied it outright, and every use is logged where nobody can edit it.
Don't take our word for it — look.
One click shows the raw ciphertext where your figures should be — what a thief would find, and what we see. The only claim here you needn't believe.
Peggy is never told what you're worth.
She explains the rules and remembers what you tell her. She is never sent a figure — and a test fails the build if one creeps back in.
And here is what we can see.
Your email, what you pay us, when you sign in, and file names. Not their contents, not your figures, not your tax number.
How all of this actually works — the mechanisms, and the limits we would rather state than have you discover.
Where it lives
Built in Ireland, for HMRC's rules, under EU privacy law.
Most tools that handle your money treat the UK's share matching rules as an afterthought. This one implements them as written.
HMRC's rules, not an adaptation
18% and 24% against your income band, the £3,000 annual exempt amount, Section 104 pooling with the same-day and 30-day rules in order, and a tax year that runs 6 April to 5 April.
Your data stays in Dublin
Database, encryption keys and backups all sit in AWS's Dublin region — under Irish and EU law, never shipped to a US server for processing.
Even the AI runs in Europe
Statement reading and Peggy run inside our own AWS account in the EU, not at an AI company. There is no API key to an outside model provider anywhere in the system.
Every figure is worked out by our rule engine — never guessed — and shows how sure it is. Not tax or financial advice.
